If you’ve experienced trauma, you’re not alone and healing is absolutely possible for you.

Traumatic experiences impact us very differently than standard stressful situations and therefore, require treatment beyond standard talk therapy. With over a decade of advanced training and clinical experience working with survivors, I provide a deeply empathic and holistic approach to foster genuine self-compassion, nervous system regulation, and a sturdy sense of empowerment.

  • Healing from parental abuse or neglect, bullying, religious trauma, intimate partner violence, or sexual assault

  • Processing feelings and decisions related to legal situations, contact with perpetrators, or toxic relationships

  • Confronting hurtful beliefs about yourself and releasing the associated shame from your body

  • Reparenting your inner children to provide healing corrective experiences and revitalized expectations of your relationship

  • Additionally, trauma therapy will always entail somatic therapy grounded in the latest neuroscience
