Individual therapy is a sacred collaborative experience that involves exploring and healing the mind, body, and spirit. Rather than build a broad repertoire, I have built a strong expertise in a few areas in order to provide high-quality, tailored care for women-identified and queer folks. LGBTQIA+ Affirmative Care

Truly affirmative therapy goes beyond knowledge and clinical experience but also requires genuinely affirmative feelings towards those who identify as LGBTQAI+. Regardless of your specific goals in therapy, I use an underlying affirmative approach to address and honor the unique aspects of being a queer person in today’s world.
