Becoming Trauma-Informed

Unfortunately, about 70% of people have experienced trauma during their lifetime. Becoming trauma-informed can help your business or organization to go above and beyond the standard of care. During these workshops, I often teach about the neuroscience of trauma, the importance of language and consent, and some basic skills to employ should a crisis arise.

LGBTQIA+ Issues

I’m proud to have presented on numerous topics such as sexual fluidity, identity development, raising queer children, and how to build queer affirmative businesses. During these workshops, I may explore LGBTQAI+ history, help you to confront biases, and share how to take an affirmative approach that addresses and honors the unique aspects of being a queer person in today’s world.

Stress Management

Stress management is a critical skill that not only impacts mental health but also physical health, relationships, performance, and leadership abilities. During these workshops, I go beyond breathing exercises to teach an array of stress management skills that are backed by the latest neuroscience.
